Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Grahak at grahak.me. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your business.

1. The service

Grahak provides AI tools to reply to WhatsApp customers, send WhatsApp campaigns, and manage Google Business Profile reviews and posts. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.

3. Your responsibilities

• Consent: only message customers who have agreed to hear from you, and honour opt-out requests. Grahak automatically handles STOP / START replies.
• Follow the WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Google's policies, and applicable Indian laws (including the DPDP Act and TRAI rules).
• Do not send spam, illegal, misleading, hateful or adult content, or use Grahak for regulated goods that WhatsApp prohibits.
• You are responsible for the information you give the AI agent (prices, offers, policies) and for replies and posts you approve.

4. AI-generated content

AI replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate. You can review conversations, pause the AI for any chat, and edit review replies before publishing. Grahak is not liable for decisions made solely on AI output.

5. Third-party services and charges

Grahak relies on Meta (WhatsApp), Google and Cloudflare. Their terms also apply. WhatsApp conversation charges are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account and are separate from Grahak's subscription fees. We are not responsible for outages or policy decisions of these providers, including suspension of your WhatsApp number by Meta.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance as shown at sign-up. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.

7. Data

You own your business data and customer data. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your contacts anytime.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service, Meta or Google policies, or other users at risk. You may delete your account anytime.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Grahak's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost customers.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
